Facilitator Café "On Demand" is available through a partnership between Positive Impact and The Kolbe Company. This is a service to provide 1.5 hour workshops "On Demand" for groups of 8 or more, at $20 per person. The topics include proven Facilitation tools and methodologies, which can be utilized immediately by participants to solve typical facilitator challenges. These programs are typically provided early in the morning over breakfast for a Café-like experience. However they can be arranged "On Demand" at any time at the client's convenience.
Heidi Kolbe and the Sacramento Professional Facilitators sponsors a monthly mentoring program for those who have taken facilitation training and want to talk through challenges or design meetings with experienced professionals.

The Kolbe Company is pleased to offer assistance to teams, leaders and facilitators for electronic meetings. Participants will use computers to brainstorm ideas, organize those ideas, and, with a vast array of rating tools, evaluate to set priorities to instantly see the results for group idea buy-in.
