MOBIS Training

The foundation of the Kolbe Company's training courses is The Technology of Participation (ToP)®, a unique method of facilitation. ToP courses provide participants with skills for creating and sustaining a climate of involvement in the workplace. Participants experience the methods of participation, talk about the theory behind them, practice them in small groups, and then get feedback on their styles and skills. Participants leave the courses ready to immediately apply what they've learned.

The ToP methods use innovative approaches, which have been extensively researched and field-tested for more than 30 years and are supported by practical results that have proven sustainable over time. Leaders gain a renewed confidence in their capability to support participative approaches and strategies in their organization and communities.

Each course comes with a participant workbook, which becomes a practical tool for future use. Courses vary in length from one to 12 days and can be custom designed with additional consultation. The training courses are divided into two categories to assist in describing their uniqueness.
