The Coaching Experience
During the five-day program, participants experience the processes, skills and paradigm shifts necessary to transition from the traditional role of "manager" to the transformed role of "coach." With its unique curriculum and small class size, The Coaching Experience allows each participant to follow an individualized course of study, starting his or her individual development plan during the five-day program.
Organization Transition & Change
Both research and everyday experience indicate that although change can take place quickly, the human process people need to accept change takes time. This training session focuses on development of management skills to lead employees through far-reaching changes with a greater sense of commitment and purpose.
Brain Dominance
The Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) is one of the most powerful and flexible diagnostic tools available. The HBDI is a validated 120-question survey, the answers to which indicate a person's thinking style preferences, the degree to which they prefer a particular way of thinking. A major advantage of the HBDI is that it not only depicts individual profiles, but can visually display the composition of groups or teams.
